William Vermillion is a dedicated attorney with a strong foundation in both law and business. Will earned his Juris Doctorate from Baylor Law School in April 2024, where he received several accolades, including placement on the Dean’s List, membership in the Order of the Barristers, and the Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship. Additionally, Will was elected by his classmates to deliver the invocation at their graduation. During his clerkship at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Will was exposed to a range of high-profile cases, from oil and gas offerings to insider trading and corporate governance matters.
Before law school, Will graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Energy Technology Management. At TCU, he earned a spot on the Dean’s Honor List and secured the TCU Academic Achievement Scholarship. Will was also elected Vice President of his fraternity.
Will’s legal practice encompasses a broad spectrum of civil litigation, including energy, admiralty, healthcare, bankruptcy, defamation, employment, personal injury, and insurance recovery matters.
