Pat’s background and experience make him stand out as an invaluable member of our nimble team. After graduating first in his class from the University of Idaho College of Law, Pat worked closely on over 40 appeals and 25 jury trials when clerking for Chief Justice Roger S. Burdick of the Idaho Supreme Court and Judge David Hittner of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Since completing his clerkships, Pat has been tirelessly committed to crafting and presenting compelling arguments in both written and oral form to judges and juries. Pat understands how to build a case that will persuade, and over the years, clients have repeatedly praised Pat for his fierce commitment to their best interests and for his help achieving real results that matter—including favorable liability and damages findings from juries, summary judgment wins from judges, and priceless “win-the-case” sworn admissions from witnesses.
